Shipping policy

At MODYAND we ship from a United States warehouse so your order arrives fast.

 

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

 

Delivery time: Once shipped, US orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

 

Shipping cost: Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Any free shipping threshold will be displayed in your cart.

 

Tracking: Every order ships with tracking. If you have not received tracking within 2 business days, contact us at team.modyand@gmail.com.

 

Delays: While we ship from within the US to keep delivery quick, occasional carrier delays can occur. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping, reach out and we will help right away.
