Refund policy

At MODYAND, we want you to love your purchase. We offer a 30 day return window.

 

Eligibility: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

 

How to start a return: Email team.modyand@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

 

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non refundable.

 

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case MODYAND covers return shipping.

 

Damaged or wrong items: If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email team.modyand@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will make it right with a replacement or full refund.

 

Exchanges: The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original per the steps above and place a new order.
